Celestial Song/Gobind Geet

Celestial Song of the Gobind Geet is the dialogue between Sri Guru Gobind Singh and Banda Singh Bahadur, two great leaders in the history of humanity and the Sikh tradition. This poetic interchange presents the ideals of Sikh dharma in a simple and lucid way so that they can be enjoyed, understood, and applied by all who hear them. A central theme of the book is that the spiritually aware have a responsibility to help those in the world – that selfless service to humanity is, in fact, a spiritual practice. To serve, to remember, and to love are the three essential aspects of the Sikh dharma.

How Yoga Makes You A Fill-In-The-Blank Person

After doing some practice you will surely think that yoga is making you a fill in the blank person. If you don’t think it, then you will read it. If you don’t read it then someone will tell you it. That is OK.

Just know that it isn’t making into anything!

Rather, it is helping you return to that which you already are.

All creativity is an extended form of a joke

All creativity is an extended form of a joke. Most creativity is a transition from one context into another where things are more surprising. There’s an element of surprise, and especially in science, there is often laughter that goes along with the “Aha.” Art also has this element. Our job is to remind us that there are more contexts than the one that we’re in–the one that we think is reality.
