How do you define being “burnt out”?

I think that definition is missing one key thing: namely, that burn-out is, IMHO, caused by an excess of work–it is a form of exhaustion.
Laziness != burnout.

I had assumed a highly motivated individual here that wasn’t working more than 100hrs per week 🙂
