Beneath the pain you will find resolution. It is astounding.
Shockingly, you might not find a reason or explanation for that pain, and, that it might be fine without one.

You got a friend who is angry all time?
You ever ask them why and they never have an answer or if they do it makes no sense?
I’ve got an answer for you on their behalf:
Your happiness is easily in your control by making your mind your best friend.
Create an environment where your mind can thrive instead of making it your worst enemy who knows every trick to get you caught up with its junk.
What you eat creates the environment for your own freedom or slavery; you are your own creator of your joy and your misery.
Happy brain; happy owner.
“Intentions” are a popular new age idea. Is the new age over?
Intentions mean being present in the moment and sensing, or, not being numb.
Imagine being there in that one moment, good or bad, experiencing it, and moving on. Doesn’t that sound great?
Doing anything might result in pain, but it is worth it because numbing isn’t the same as not-hurting. Numbing means feeling nothing; bad or good.
When you can’t feel the repercussions of how far you are going; it is easy to over-do it.
Nobody started out doing anything saying “Hopefully what I’m about to do ruins my life!”. Typically it is more like “What I am about to do is going to make my life and that of my family and friends happier!”.
“Every bad idea is the start of a great story”… said no one ever.
The benefit of exploring your internal-world is that it is infinite and your friends might already by there, anyway.
Having grown up with Lemon Pledge I found that the lemon scent was the only pleasant thing about dusting with it. The endless wiping which just spread the dust around was… not fun. My dad mentioned he switched to dusting with a damp microfiber cloth. Wow. It rocks. The world needs to know about these things. Best of all: when you are finished, just wash them and hang them to dry, no paper waste at all!
